Appartement très fonctionnel et bien situé Point faible la propreté le réfrigérateur avait du moisi, il n y a pas de balai pour pouvoir passer un coup après manger donc 5 jours dans les miettes

Debía pagar un impuesto de turismo y la persona que nos entregó el apartamento No recibia tarjeta de crédito y toco pagar en efectivo, tampoco tenía efectivo para dar la devuelta, tocó dejarle el cambio

La ubicación es inmejorable, a cincuenta metros escasos de la Piazza del Popolo. También cuenta con bonitas vistas desde las ventanas y con un interior atractivo y acogedor.

Perfecta ubicación en Roma
Recomendaría este apartamento, fundamentalmente por su magnífica ubicación. Está en una zona bien conectada y desde donde es fácil empezar muchas de las visitas turísticas obligadas de la ciudad. En cuanto al servicio, hemos de destacar el excelente comportamiento y trato recibido por parte de la persona que vino a recibirnos y nos entregó las llaves el día de nuestra entrada (Lorenzo). La experiencia siempre está basada en cómo te tratan las personas que te reciben y atienden tus necesidades y sin duda esta persona representa la voluntad de la empresa de ofrecer una muy buena atención a sus clientes. Mi comentario no sería el mismo si quien nos hubiera atendido fuera otra persona a la que sólo conocemos vía telefónica y muy alejada de mi anterior comentario.

Moderne Ferienwohnung am Piazza del Popolo
Super Lage, easy check-in. Schöne moderne großzügige Ferienwohnung mit sehr guter Klimaanlage in beiden Zimmern. Voll ausgestattete Küche und Waschmaschine. Insgesamt 4 Fernseher und gutes/schnelles Wifi. Wohnung im 4. Stock mit sehr kleinem Aufzug. Die Betten befinden sich auf extra Ebenen in beiden Zimmern und sind nur über Stufen erreichbar.

Apartment is in a great location and surprisingly quiet. Initially a little cold but thankfully heating worked well. V spacious but only two cups and two glasses!

Apartment convenient for seeing Rome
Rooms and kitchen dirty when we arrived but cleaned within 2 hours. Duvet and blankets stained and wouldn't use. Kettle had broken lid and completely stopped working after 4 days but was replaced. Kitchen utensils dirty and no sharp knife for cooking, lack of crockery. No service to apartment or change of sheets or towels during 7 day stay

When I booked online I specifically booked a room with a bath as it stated on the website but yet when I got there the apartment I got didn't have a bath! Other then that it was a lovely place in a great location!

Good location, ok rooms but NO customer service
Despite emailing both addresses provided regarding arrival I received no correspondence from LHP. I assumed there would be reception or staff on site to welcome us but there is no one. We had to call them direct (initially he laughed) and said someone would be there in 15 mins. About half an hour later a less than polite guy arrived with two loo rolls on a moped. He finally let us in and rather grumpily in bad English showed us round. He was unhelpful and just demanded he photographed our passports. He even claimed no shops were open to get milk (there is actually a mini mart about 100 metres away open til midnight) It's a shame as the location is good - and for friends staying together handy as is two bathrooms and small kitchen. Has hairdryer and air con which is good but small things like no tissues in holders and the toilets were only superficially clean which spoilt it. We were really disappointed as it ruined our first night in Rome. The last thing you want when you get off a flight is to stand waiting in 30 degrees with your cases while your other friends wait for you. SORT OUT YOUR COMMUNICATION LHP

Dear Guest, we thank you for your review,As you can see from the other reviews, we are extremely focus on ensuring that our guest have wonderful stay in our apartment. we regret for your disapppoint but we assure you that As regards the check-in we always send e-mails to all of our clients requesting the arrival time and in the copy of the reservation there is always our telephone number and there is always a person 24 hrs that replyto all clients. Ouf central office is only 10 minutes from the apartment and the boy that effect the check-in has a scooter to be faster and punctual. We are sorry for your disappoint about the cleaning and we have taken very seriously your comment to better and improve our services. Tutto perfetto.posto come descritto nella presentazione senza sorprese. Unico Piccoli inconveniente ho dimenticato di fissare l appuntamento per il check in ed ho dovuto attendere. Raccomandabile.Da ritornarci

Chegamos no horario previsto e não havia ngn no local. Com mta dificuldade conseguimos contato e o rapaz que veio nos receber era muito impaciente e apressado. Ficamos 3 dias hospedados e fomos informados que a camareira viria em um dos dias o que não ocorreu, então tomamos banhos com toalhas molhadas e sem sabonetes.
