Perfect Location
We could not have asked for a better location to stay for our trip to Rome. Everything was within walking distance. The apartment was clean and it had everything you would need for your stay in Italy. The owner was very responsive if we had any questions or needed anything. Highly recommend!

Best part of the apartment is the location. In the center of all the sites you come to see. Walkable to all the best neighborhoods. Filled with great cafes and restaurants. After booking the property manager sent us a fabulous list of recommendations that included restaurants rooftop bars and even gelato as well as transportation. Great stay

Cool stay in a Hot city
Excellent property in a great location. Unbeatable access to the Pantheon, Coliseum, Trevi Fountain and Giolitti gelato- this place is truly a Rome institute for Gelato. Very safe location with excellent security. Market around the corner, perhaps 200M away. I had very good communication with quick response times. Staff were waiting for us on arrival to greet and show the property. Everything was in order. Good kitchen and bathrooms with a comfortable lounge and great TV with Netflix. Most importantly Rome is HOT this time of year and the A/C at the apartment was first rate. Alex also arranged pick up and transfer to the Train Station which was very handy. I would absolutely come back here as it ticked all the boxes. We had a great time in Rome and this apartment made it so much better.

Five nights in Rome.
My inital thoughts were that I had found a great little apartment in the heart of Rome. Alessandro was attentive and very helpful in arranging our ground transportation and sent his assistant to meet us in the apartment. A €50 some odd fee for that however, but we are here. The stay was fine, no issues, nothing broken that we used. We made sure to follow all of the house rules and respected the property as if it is our own. Before checking out I made sure that everything was put back as we found it. Even the pillows were arranged the way when we checked in. A day after checking out I received a message from Alessandro that we had completely broken off the armrest of his couch. To say that I was shocked is an understatement. I asked for a photo of the damage and received a picture of part of an armrest that looked to be cut off. I asked about this and was told that the owner had cut it off in order to "repair" it with wood glue. I don't get it either. Alessandro then requests a nominal fee of €40 to repair the supposed damage. Long story short, what seemed like a great apartment and a nice and helpful owner turned very nasty and rude in the end. I don't appreciate being portrayed as someone who would not only damage property, but then lie about it. I do not agree to the damage to the armrest that we never touched, much less broke off nor to charges that we do not owe. I have raised the entire issue with Vrbo, but it's safe to say we'll avoid Alessandro and his apartment going forward. Something simply isn't right with this one. Be warned.

Great Home Base for Rome
This property worked out perfectly as our home base for our Rome trip. Location is excellent and the air conditioning worked great....especially given the high temps in Rome during our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Very nice apartment
Nice apartment in an excellent location. The host was very accommodating. We arrived from a cruise ship so we were in Rome early. The host did not have a previous booking and allowed us to check in earlier. The unit is on the 3rd floor but it did have a lift so not a problem. Well equipped kitchen and a big screen TV with Netflix made our stay even better. I would recommend this unit .

If you thinking of visiting Rome, this place is a must! It is within walking distance from it all! 1 min to Pantheon! Came here with our 2 teenage boys (16 and 19). Beds are VERY comfortable! Thank you and we will return!!

Excellent location as very centered with most things walking distance. Villa was clean and check in was great. The manager took a minute and showed us the map of Rome with recommendations.
