nous avons été très bien accueilli par une personne qui parlait parfaitement le français, l'entrée à l’hôtel est sécurisée avant un personnel très agréable ..la suite (207) était parfaite et surtout au calme !!! le petit déjeuner était très diversifié (œufs brouillés,viennoiseries,fruits,céréales, fromage blanc,pains, confiture...) Tout le personnel à l'accueil, la sécurité, le ménage ou le petit déjeuner était très agréable, serviable et avenant...un grand merci aux deux personnes de l'accueil (je n'ai pas retenu leurs prénoms mais c'étaient le 30/08 à 13h15) qui ont permis de faire de notre départ, un moment bien plaisant avec leur gentillesse !! je recommande sans problème ..

Excellent hôtel au centre de Rome.
Superbe hôtel très bien situé, simplement sur la place Navona, donc au cœur du centre historique de Rome. L’hôtel est dans un immeuble magnifique et historique. Le service est impeccable. Les chambres sont simples mais fonctionnelles. Avec les restrictions du Covid, le restaurant est ouvert et il est vraiment très bon. Le petit déjeuner est aussi très bon. Bravo à tout le staff.

Emplacement idéal avec vues superbe depuis la terrasse du restaurant sur la piazza Navone et sur tout Rome depuis le roof top (sûrement un des meilleurs de la ville). Chambre plutôt grande et assez confortable (manque un fauteuil). Toutefois chambre bruyante (mauvaise isolation des fenêtres) et qualité du petit déjeuner très médiocre indigne d’un établissement de « standing ». Bon potentiel si ces points s’améliorent. A défaut ça sera trop cher pour le confort offert.

Incroyablement bien situé
Très bel hotel avec chambre très spacieuse. Magnifiquement situé pour visiter la ville à pied. La terrasse sur le toit offre une vue 360 degrés. Seuls bémols, l'accès internet est difficile (wifi) et le recyclage municipal passe à 6h45AM.

Hôtel hyper bien placé. Le personnel est adorable. Il est vrai qu’on entend un peu les bruits de la rue, mais c’est normal vu l’emplacement. Les commentaires laissés pas d’autres sont exagérés. Ni moi et ma femme ni mes 2 enfants n’avons été gênés. Je recommande cet hôtel à ceux qui veulent visiter le centre de Rome tout en évitant les transports. Je vous recommande les 2 terrasses avec vue magnifique sur les toits de Rome.

Not what you expect...and not in a good way
We had high hopes for this hotel but we're quickly disappointed. The room itself is beautiful with high ceilings and excellent lighting. The TV and extra large bed was nice as was the furnishings. But after that we really disliked this place. The bed while nice and big was very hard and springy. You will not sleep well unless you like uncomfortable beds. The noise from outside feels like it is inside your room. It is so loud at all hours of the day and night. The room had a dirty spoon in it when we checked in, which means it was not cleaned thoroughly. It was very hot in the room, the tech told us that in the winter the AC is turned off and to open a window, which means more noise. They also don't tell you that they have an abnormally small water heater. Shower quick or itis an ice cold shower, I got about 7 minutes of hot water. That was horrible. When they cleaned the room the second night they didn't supply more toilet paper. Overall, I thought this property was way too expensive for what you get. We will not be staying here ever again, save your money stay somewhere else.

Best place to stay in Rome
The hotel is or was part of a church. It is in an excellent location near Piazza Navona. The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. There is a nice courtyard, but the terrace is wonderful. Make reservations though. Well worth the view over Rome. Breakfast on the breakfast terrace was wonderful as well. The staff was very attentive, and the selection good. The rooms were very comfortable.

Staff was so kind and accommodating. The location was perfection. Easy to walk (Trevi Fountain and the Pantheon within a 10-15 min walk). A lot of dining options surrounding the hotel. We went during December, there was a beautiful Christmas market right outside. To be completely transparent it did get a little loud because our room was right under the restaurant. If noise bothers you bring some ear plugs. Overall, it didn’t bother us, but just wanted to be honest. 10/10 would stay again!

The service was amazing; the front desk was incredibly helpful and always willing to assist and/or answer questions. The response time over email was also really fast. Our room had a heated towel rack which was really nice. The location of the hotel was also quite convenient. It’s right next to the Piazza Navona, which is within walking distance of pretty much all of central Rome. Every landmark or tourist spot can be accessed in under 30 minutes. Overall, it was a great experience.

This hotel was really cute. The location was perfect to walking distance to shops, tons of restaurants, Trevi Fountain and The Spanish Steps. Even had breakfast included. Would totally recommend this hotel to everyone.

My brother and his family stayed at this hotel and recommended it to us. The staff were incredibly professional and friendly, the room was so comfortable and clean and the location is ideal! This will be my go-to hot when staying in the room. I have already recommended it to several friends!

What an amazing experience at Hotel Eitch Borromini. Staff was super nice and very helpful in making recommendations. We really enjoyed the location of this hotel. We were able to walk to Pantheon and Trevi fountain area of Rome. Perfect place to stay while in Rome.
