Amazing romantic trip
We had an excellent stay, the managers and employees were always efficient, helpful and kind to us. We got tips about restaurants nearby and in other neighbouhoods of Rome and all of them were great options. The location is perfect, we could walk to most of the tourisc places. The memories of our romantic trip will be associated to the hotel, for sure. Would definetky reccoment the hotel and stay there again when returning to Rome.

Petit boutique hôtel au 3ème étage d'un immeuble bien situé dans Rome (proximité de Termini - 15min à pied- donc du métro et aussi des lieux touristiques - Trevi à 10min). Une très bonne adresse !
Nous avons passé un excellent weekend à l'hôtel, la literie est très confortable et très propre ! Le personnel est agréable et très serviable. L'hôtel est très bien situé à proximité des monuments et de la gare . Je recommande cet hôtel ! C'était parfait .

This boutique hotel has everything you need for a great stay. Although the room was very small, we did have a balcony and everything necessary for a comfortable few nights in Rome. Breakfast was consistent every morning and they ask you to book a time slot to prevent overcrowding. The staff was incredible and helpful with coordinating taxis, laundry services, and anything else we needed. There is a small elevator in the building for anyone with mobility concerns. While this is slightly out of the target area for tourists in Rome, it’s highly walkable and accessible to get everywhere you need to go. We very much enjoyed our stay

Hidden, small, but clean
We just needed a place to stay for 1 night. This was OK for that but I wouldn't pick it again for a longer trip. The location is OK, kinda far to walk to/from train station. The room was very small but clean. Nice to have AC in the room. It was difficult for us to find the entrance from the street but a nearby restaurant employee helped us in the gate as it was locked. The staff was very nice and the breakfast was great. But I think there are better choices out there.

A bad nights sleep - and they could fix it!
First we got a room with a non-functioning aircond. Which they well knew because it was a fan in the room as well. It was a very warm day and the room was like a sauna. When I told the reception (which I should not have had to do) we got another room. That room was cool. But later when we went to bed we discovered that the AC worked very unevenly. It turned off and on all the time. During the night I woke up about 20 times to either take off the cover (cause it was too warm) or to put on the cover (cause it was rather cool). Exept from that - the rooms were clean, the beds comfortable, the receptionist nice and the breakfast good. But if you do not get a good sleep at a hotel - it is not good! Also - as a goldmember at hotels.com I should have gotten a bottle of sparkling wine - which I didnt. I didn´t say anything about it - because the thing about good service is that you should get things without having to ask for them. Like a room with functioning AC.

I went to Rome for a solo trip and Boutique Hotel Galatea was a dream. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They gave great restaurant and activity recommendations, connected me to a series of free experiences through the hotel, and were lovely to chat with each morning during breakfast. Davide and Resel were especially lovely. They make the best cappuccinos :) Would absolutely recommend this hotel and would stay again!

hotel boutique en un edificio de departamentos
El hotel es un piso, literalmente, en un edificio viejo, los cuartos son pequeños, pero cómodos. Así que entrar y encontrar el hotel fue distinto, porque esperábamos ver un edificio y de hecho en el mismo edificio que antes eran departamentos o pisos, ahora hay tres pisos que son hoteles. Lo único desagradable y que vi en casi todos los hoteles europeos es que están los cepillos de los inodoros, y en este hotel estaba sucio y goteando en las tres noches en el hotel se notó que no hicieron la limpieza de esto.

Exceedingly helpful and welcoming staff. A wonderful location. Very quiet and clean in room. We had a slight issue with the radiator control being broken but this was fixed quickly and without any fuss

Hieno hotelli aivan keskustassa, lähellä nähtävyyksiä. Lasten kanssa kävelimme kaikkialle. Ravintoloita ja ruokakauppa myös lähellä. Erittäin ystävällinen henkilökunta ja loistava aamiainen. Suihkusta ei tullut kunnolla vettä, mutta muuten huone oli tilava ja moderni.

È la seconda volta che a Roma alloggiamo al Boutique Hotel Galatea ed è stata una conferma rispetto all'ottima impressione già avuta. Camera perfetta sotto ogni punto di vista, colazione ottima e posizione impagabile per muoversi a piedi e godere dell'atmosfera Romana. Gentilissimo e disponibile tutto il personale.
