The condo has a fabulous marsh view with the river in the distance downstairs and an even better view of the river from upstairs. Loved watching birds in the sawgrass and the trees and boats going up and down the river. « The property was close to Fort Island beach, Three Sisters Spring, and the small hunters beach which is in Crystal River. The property was clean and easy to check in. Honestly, the property was close to everything you would need such as grocery stores, shopping, and restaurants. »

« Still quite a bit of hurricane damage, but repairs are coming along. Pool was very nice and condo was immaculate. Didn’t have a corkscrew, but we bought one and left it for future renters. Second stay in the complex. Enjoy the solitude. »

« Great location for Kayaking, Biking, Golfing and shopping. We loved having a private drive, screened porch and backyard to store our bikes and other gear when not in use. We had 4 adults and stayed busy for a full week. Thanks for a great stay. »

« Our stay was about ten days. We were in love the moment we pulled in the driveway. We walked into a very meticulously clean home. The house was adorably decorated, so much attention to detail. Rustic charm while still having a beach feeling without it being over the top. Every amenity you could imagine. We travel often and are used to having to provide almost everything(paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags ect. They were all provided. We did try to replenish some of the items before we left....
