« Best deal by far. Check in and out both at noon! That's unheard of these days. »

« Très bon hôtel mais piscine fermé pendant l'été ça fait perdre des points »

« Presentation good. Room amenities need attention ie only 1 bar of soap ,only 1 chair to sit on in room. No water in room to shower because of broken supply pump. No attempt was made for guest compensation. Breakfast was very good. »

« Clean, nicely furnished, and fully equipped for daily living, this home is located in the heart of The Villages. It sits just two blocks from a main road—offering easy access to the multi-use golf cart, bike, and walking trails—and is only two miles from a major shopping strip. »

« Checking in was an easy process. It was our first time to the villages. As a guest you can golf the executive course for 13. Really enjoyed that. Also jumping in the golf cart for dinner and bands in the square. Many activities like swimming pickle ball etc. The people are super friendly. As a Flordian it's a great staycation. I recommend everyone should try the Villages at least once. It's a great time. So overall vacation I give it a 10! »

« Great location. Cute villa in quiet neighborhood. Would definitely recommend. »

« Jeff is a great host and very responsive. The house was the perfect location to be close to family but have our own place. The golf cart was the perfect addition to get around like Villagers and our littles loved it. Very family friendly with minimalist decor. The pools were close by and easy to access. We will definitely stay here again. »

« Great house and host! »

« The RV was extremely clean and larger than expected. It was very spacious and had everything we needed such as dishes, towels, shampoo, conditioner, lotions, and available TV’s in both living room and bedroom. It also had bed clothes and even a little surprise left for us from our host. There was the villages nearby within a 15 minute drive, local restaurants, and beautiful scenic sights. It was very pet friendly and had a wonderful screened in porch. There were also things to do on the...

« I can't type alot but the whole stay was a night mare with very little help from KMB realty. »

« When I first walked in to the hotel, I became worried that I made a mistake. It smelled VERY strongly of perfume on the first floor. Our room was on the second floor and didn't smell, thankfully. The room was clean and our bedding was clean. Only real complaint is the bed and pillows. Both my husband and I sunk into the bed and it made sleeping difficult. But overall, I am not disappointed with the stay. »

« Well equipped home in a great neighborhood. »

« House was clean and newly remodeled near everything and host was helpful and polite. Would definitely stay again. »
