« J’ai séjourné dans cet établissement pendant 4 nuits. Dans l’ensemble, mon expérience a été correcte. Le lit était confortable, ce qui a rendu mon séjour agréable sur ce point, on avait accès à un atv payant aussi ce qui était plus facile pour nos déplacements. Cependant, j’ai été déçue par l’état des toilettes. Il y avait des odeurs de canalisation assez fortes et persistantes, ce qui était vraiment dérangeant au quotidien. « I hurt my knee and had to stay in Tulum for rehab. I was encouraged to stay at the Hotel Kukulcan. The staff was very helpful Antonio and his brother knew the area very well. I felt very safe and protected while staying/rehabbing here. They provided me anything that I needed The pool had a very healing sense to. The pool was very magical when entering the water. »
