« Staff were wonderful through my week stay. Room was clean and tidy. Food was really good too. Restaurant service was also wonderful. It’s a very small and quaint place so I didn’t really see any people this week. The only suggestion I have is around pool area and water maintenance of the pools as it is the only water you can dip into on the property. « Our stay in Akumal was just amazing. The property was above expectations and the service and communication before as well as during was top level. We utilized all amenities (BBQ, pool, rooftop yoga etc) and I strongly recommend renting this play if you are looking for that extra experience!! »
