We are very sorry to know that we were not able to be up of your expectation during your stay with us. The beach service of the hotel is not available in this period and I will check why that information was not in the confirmation of your booking. The cleanness of the room is been made every two days but if you request it, it will be provided daily. I know that our Manager on Duty offered to your family beach chairs in order to minimize the inconveniences but I understand that was not good enough. Please, accept our apologize.

We checked the fumigation report of that room and it is ok, but we perfectly understand this is not pleasant at all and we offered one night as a compensation for that problem. You just informed about that situation one night and when we offered a room move, you refused. I hope you accept our apologize for this issue
