« Me and my family stayed for five days four nights and it was beautiful. The weather wasn’t the best, but we still enjoyed our time. The small town around the lake was absolutely amazing. The neighbors were Friendly. We did some fishing and swimming right up the Backyard. We had a few fires at night or some marshmallows. It’s not a far drive from East Tawas Where we went swimming in Lake Huron, which was absolutely breathtaking. it was so great me and my family will be returning next year »

« Overall we loved our stay! We were a little mislead by the proximity of the lake to the house, we assumed it was a waterfront property and it’s not. While you can see the water between the houses across the road, to access the water and beach via public access, you have to walk down the street a little bit. But there is a large and very nice public beach within a 5 min drive, just bring $5 for a day pass. House was fully stocked with plenty of bath towels, blankets, pillows, everything you’d...

« Absolutely loved this place!! The only downfall was that we were unaware they put ac in the week before we came, so the fans in our car took a lot of room. Water was clean, neighbors were friendly. They had books and board games too. They had more to offer than expected. I ever back. »

« My husband and I visited on 8/28-9/2/2024. Pete and family were so welcoming and kind. They were up for the Labor Day weekend next door.The home has 3 bedrooms top floor, (King, double and bunk room w/ 2 double bottom bunk beds w/single top beds), 1 bath (with bathtub, shower, double sinks), living room w/ large smart tv, (this is the1 steaming tv in home), full kitchen, table for 4, washer/dryer on main floor. HUGE deck off kitchen w/tons of seating overlooking an amazing view of Lake Ogemaw...

« Great property and close to Tawas for shopping and Lake Huron. Beautiful sunsets. Loved having a washer and dryer. We were a little disappointed that the Sand Lake access wasn’t closer but it all worked out. We drove to Lake Huron and swam in the Great Lake. »
