« Being a dog friendly home, you would never know that animals were in that house. It was extremely clean and very easy to find. The host is fantastic. I forgot my earnings on the nightstand and she very responsive and mailed them to me. 10/10 the perfect distance from the race track too! »

« What an excellent place to stay for the 3 of us. We were able to clean and grill our catch right outside all in one spot which made it super easy and fun. Having the dock to be able to tie the boat up and fish from was great! Everything we needed was there and easily accessible. Any questions we had were answered right away by our hosts. « I booked the “3 Bears Cabin” 3 months in advance of the Belmont Stakes @ Saratoga. We arrived very late at night due to weather & airline delays and drove in on a dark rainy night. We had good directions as well as a special code to get in. The cabin looked exactly as it had in the photos on line and was immaculately clean and in perfect condition. « Great house, great locaction and awesome host. We were in town for a show at SPAC and this property was close enough to walk to the venue. The house is very spacious, clean and has everything you need for a great stay. The host Mike was so nice and communicative. We will stay here agian and reccomend it to friends for sure. »
