Extrêmement bruyant. Accueil désagréable
Nous sommes un couple avec un enfant de 2 ans. Il y a un bar/discothèque dans une partie de l'hôtel. On nous a donné une chambre juste à côté sans nous prévenir bien sûr.Le bruit était infernal. On a patienter jusqu'à minuit pensant que le bruit allait s'arrêter. Ensuite je suis descendu à la réception et ai du attendre longtemps avant de voir quelqu'un. Le personnel nous a finalement donné une chambre à l'autre extrémité sans vraiment s'excuser on a donc dû déménager au milieu de la nuit . à 2 h du matin on a essayé de dormir bien que l'on pouvait encore entendre les basse et les gens dans la rue. Après avoir demandé un geste lors du règlement, la réception à offert 20 dollars de réduction sur une nuit à 190. Le tout sans s'excuser franchement. Ils se moquent des clients. L'hôtel est de toute façon très bruyant. Les autres clients se sont plaints également. La pire expérience dans un hôtel.

Je suis vraiment désolé d'apprendre que c'était votre expérience à l'hôtel Regent. Nous nous excusons sincèrement pour le bruit qui a affecté votre séjour et pour le passage tardif de la nuit dans une autre pièce. Encore une fois, veuillez accepter nos excuses pour cet inconvénient extrême.

Acceuil parfait, chambre et literie nickel. Petit dejeuner qualitatif et quantitatif. Peut etre qu'une clim réglée moins glaciale serait plus agréable au petit dejeuner. Le restaurant 112 sous l'hotel est excellent, un des meilleurs des rockies. N'hésitez pas...

Une nuit "étape" en juillet 2018. Bon hôtel très bien situé en plein centre de Revelstoke. Grandes chambres très confortables et bien équipées, bon petit déjeuner inclus.

Pas mal
Hôtel pas mal. Climatisation un peu bruyante et manque de quoi se faire un café et un frigo dans la chambre. Petit déjeuner bien.

Thank you for taking your time to review our hotel. Unfortunately due to this being an older hotel we are unable to offer these facilities in the rooms. We do have tea and coffee available through out the day between the breakfast room and the pub and we are more than happy to store items in our fridges for guests.

The rool was very confortable, and the staff is welcoming. They gave us a 10% reduction for the restaurant, which was very good.

Hôtel bien situé au coeur de Revelstoke
Bon hôtel, situé au centre ville près des boutiques et restaurants. Les chambres sont confortables et propres. Pas de réfrigérateur dans la chambre et air climatisé bruyant. L'habillage de fenêtre n'est pas opaque pour les personnes qui n'aiment pas la lumière le matin. Bien pour un arrêt d'un soir.

We enjoyed our stay at the Regent Hotel. Had no idea there was a free breakfast and it was the highlight of the stay. Excellent healthy and delicious choices! Will definitely go back one day to the Regent!

Although we were disappointed that there was a glitch with our Expedia order for a king room, staff was very accommodating in finding the best option for us. The bed was comfortable which is a big deal for us. Decor is dated, but part of what drew us there was the history, so we didn't mind at all. Breakfast was a little sparse at 9:30, but we got enough before hitting the road.

Thank you for your very good review of our historic property. We regret the Expedia error; neither the Front Desk Clerk or I (Night Audit) ever witnessed two reservations hitting the Front Desk within moments and causing such a problem.

The hotel is old and dark. The overall vibe of the hotel is not welcoming. Too dark and many doors and corners . So far the only hotel I have stayed where room has no fridge, microwave and even coffee provided. The only thing that saved my stay there is the buffet breakfast due to its varied choices of good food and the nice kitchen staff.

Our large, hot, buffet breakfast is something that we are particularly proud of. Dark wouldn't be an adjective I would use to describe the Regent, but an elegant, historic property would be more to the mark. We wish you all the best in your travels.

Cute little hotel in the middle of town with a lovely restaurant and a pub where we could watch the hockey playoffs. Free, easy outdoor parking. Would recommend this hotel. Clean, comfy bed and close to what we were looking for!

Ein ganz tolles Hotel! Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt. Das Personal ist sehr nett und aufmerksam, die Zimmer sind groß und geräumig. Das Frühstück ist für die üblichen Verhältnisse sehr gut! Auch das Restaurant ist sehr zu empfehlen - besonders das Lachs Steak. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Our car park is located behind the hotel in a very public area. We have had no reason to doubt its safety. This is a small resort town.

I want to thank you for your very good review of The Regent. Staying here during the Spring Shoulder Season is a very different experience from the busier times of year when our 112 Restaurant is open and the town offers so much more. We hope to see you again one day.

The actual motel and common space is excellent, and it’s super convenient to downtown Revelstoke. Our room however was facing the interstate, the freight train line, the parking lot and the next door pub. We did not sleep because there were parking lot lights shining in (no drapes provided) and an incredible amount of noise. If we had stayed another night I would have asked to switch rooms.

We regret that your room was not quieter. I will pass along your comments about light entering your room (the source may have been the hot tub beneath your room). I am surprised that the Pub noise made it to your room. Fortunately, the Pub closes at midnight. If you stay again, please make it clear in your reservation that you want the quietest room possible. We hope any future stay with us will improve upon this one. However, we do appreciate your rating of 4/5.

Things I loved: - large sauna, gym facilities, and outdoor hot tub were open late and usually not busy - lavender face towels in the fridge outside the sauna were a highlight - excellent, helpful service (even gave us a free corkscrew to open our wine) - clean rooms, big comfortable beds - pristine, walkable location!! - loved the onsite dining options (free pool at the pub!) What could be improved: - breakfast buffet was good, but not replenished very often. Many of the dishes were not kept warm on a hot plate either, so if you're not there at opening you'll be stuck with cold eggs unfortunately

The room was very nice however I was very disappointed that the room did not have a fridge. For the amount I paid per night this should have been a given. I had a fridge in every room in which I stayed up to this point and I payed a lot less. Huge disappointment when you rely on something like this. For this reason I would reconsider staying here again.

We are sorry for your disappointment concerning a fridge. Unfortunately, the load on the circuits cannot handle a fridge in every room. We do have some fridges available. If you decide to stay here again, please notify us in advance, and we will do our best to have a fridge placed in your room. We stayed there for two nights in Feb 2024. Rooms are large, and very clean. Very little or no noise from other guests. Breakfast is top notch. Located downtown so lots of dining options just minutes away and I guess there is shopping near by, but we did not do any shopping.
