« The owner Phil welcomed us on the first day. He was totally amazing. The lodge was lovely. We were originally booked into Willow but had to change to Briar as there was a flood in Willow before we arrived. Dee Dee ensured we still had use of the hot tub which was lovely. The swimming pool is very large and you can book alone time in there which is nice. Excellent breakfast . Love the lodges in forest setting. So lovely. Nice fixtures and fittings. « If you’re looking for a place to relax, unwind and leave the world behind then look no further. This charming little property has everything you need. The weather wasn’t on our side but that didn’t matter. We were perfectly happy hunkered down in the pretty little hut, whiling away the hours. The facilities are great for what it is, and we found the bed particularly comfortable which was a bonus! All in all a fabulous place. »
