« There are no garbage baskets anywhere. No toilet paper, no soap. you have to share the bathroom. We have to clean the bathroom and shower every time we use it. No cleaning supplies or paper towels to clean it. We have other guests complaining to us for using a bathroom that was at front of our room. So we had to use a different bathroom and it was share with other guests. Not a good experience. »

There is plenty of heat, which the guest can regulate, which is not a given in London. On the minus side, the guest is offered nothing beyond a room that is clean and spacious upon arrival but not serviced during the stay. No soap, no cup.
