We are very sorry for the over chlorination of the swimming pool. We had a problem with the chlorinator. Its all working perfectly again now.

Staff will provide pool towels if requested. I'm not sure what you mean by towels were bad? We do not provide indoor slippers.

I'm sorry you were not happy with your room at Pandora. There is no complimentary tea or coffee left in the rooms but if you had asked at the bar the staff would have accommodated you with either a teabag or a coffee sachet. 2 bottles of water per day are put in each roo so I'm very sorry you didn't receive yours. Again the barstaff would have dealt with this. I apologise for your rooms not being ready also and if they were still dirty from the previous guests then a word with reception again would have dealt with the problem.
