« We had a wonderful stay Thanksgiving week, in the Panoramic pack square condo unit. We had excellent host communication, everything was organized for a flawless check in/check out, the unit was meticulously clean and very well kept, the bed was very comfortable, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need, if you choose to cook in. You are within walking distance to everything downtown and more. This is the absolute perfect location to not have to get in your vehicle and drive...

« Not the best place to stay in Asheville. Facility could use a face lift. On our travels from Florida to Michigan, this was one of our stops. This was the noisiest hotel we stayed at. Not from the outside but from the inside. We could hear our neighbor raise and lower their blinds. The cleaning crew in the morning were slamming doors and other things in the hallway. the room had a musty odor. There are better located hotels in the downtown area. This hotel is a long walk to all the hot...

« Toilet paper holder coming off the wall. Bulbs out in the bathroom, bathroom light hanging at an angle, toilet handle came off, hair, and dust all over the cupboard doors. Valet staff excellent. »
