« Great location for downtown shopping & restaurants. Our room was beautiful (top floor of Rosalind Building). Yes, there are a lot of stairs so book a different floor if that’s an issue for you. Staff was very accommodating and there is plenty of room in the lobby of Rosalind to spread out if you want to hang out downstairs. Nearby restaurants - best meal was at Ukaiah. Most disappointing was Chestnut (terrible service - food was okay.) »

« The location is absolutely killer! You can walk to anything or easily catch a ride. The parking spot is small, but we managed to navigate it fine with a mid sized SUV.Lovely kitchen if you plan on cooking for yourself, but also surrounded by all the best food. »

« Overall a great stay! The location is close to the center of Asheville's downtown and parking is available on site (street parking is incredibly hard to find downtown otherwise). The apartment offers ample space, a full kitchen, big bathroom, eat in dining room, small living room and a cozy bedroom. I wasn't disturbed by anyone walking on the floor above me and had zero issues. I would stay here again! »

« Cute loft right in the middle of downtown. The location was perfect for our couple's getaway. Restaurants and shopping within a walkable distance. The loft was clean, and very comfortable for our needs. The bedroom was tight, but I still appreciated that we had a king size bed. There was a small hallway closet to put a few clothing items away. We enjoyed relaxing on the balcony to enjoy coffee or a glass of wine. The best parking lot I found was the Sears Alley Parking. I would...
