« I needed a place for myself for a 3-day weekend, and this was a perfect studio for it. Very clean. Pull out couch is very comfortable as a bed. Good instructions. Owner very responsive. Wonderful location near the beach. Just far enough away from the center of town to be out of the mayhem, but a nice walk into town. »

« The location of the Sandbars Inn was extremely convenient; just 10 minutes to down town Provincetown. The key-code pad lock was a really nice feature so we did not need to worry about losing or turning in keys. The room was a little smaller than expected, but clean and comfortable. « We loved the apartment. It was bigger than we expected, and ideally located for exploring Provincetown. Comfortably furnished, with a well-equipped kitchen that we used a lot (after shopping at the nearby super-market). Off season it was a lot quieter than expected -- but in the season nightlife on Commercial St. could be noisy. « My husband and I stayed here for two nights in July 2023. The place is homey and immaculate and located just steps from Commercial Street. It was perfect for exploring PTown while also getting much needed R&R. Property mgr was very quick to respond to texts. Highly recommend! »

« The property is centrally located on Commercial Street! If you are a light sleeper, bring ear plugs because it can be a little loud at night. I wasn’t bothered by the noise, but some may be. The apartment is so spacious and has everything you would need. There’s plenty of seating. The beds are comfortable. I have sensitive skin and the sheets are so soft! I will stay here every time I come to PTown if it’s available! »

« My sister and I were met by Todd and we were shown room 3. Very nice and helpful. This is probably the room where the property pictures were taken and it is breathtaking. The direct beach access had plenty of seating as well as the 2 firepit areas. Will stay here again for sure. »

« No TV when we got there. No wifi. No cereal bowls. No hot water for the majority of our stay. It was t exactly hot weather either so just shocking. Not once did anybody offer us extra toilet rolls or clean towel in the eleventh days we stayed there. My hair smelt of mould for the entire time. »
