This apartment sleeps four guests between two bedrooms.

Occupying the entire top floor, the primary suite offers a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The guest bedroom includes a queen bed, and the guest bathroom has a walk-in shower.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

Take your morning coffee on the small deck, located just outside your front door.

Assigned parking is available for one compact car in the parking area next to the unit. The parking spot cannot accommodate large SUVs. Street parking is not available.

The fireplace is not operational.

Access to this two-story apartment is via one flight of stairs from the parking area to the entryway.

This rental does not have central air-conditioning. Window AC units are located in each bedroom, and portable fans provide added cooling.

LOCATION

Commercial Street’s shops, restaurants, and galleries are just a 4-minute stroll from your rental in the Historic District. Walk 7 minutes to MacMillan Pier to watch the ships come in or take the boat shuttle to Long Point.

Head to Herring Cove Beach or Race Point Beach to explore the Cape Cod National Seashore. Ride along the Province Lands Bike Trail through dunes and forests.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

40th Birthday Celebration

The property is well maintained and just steps from Commercial Street (which is the Main Street in Provincetown)! Easy foot access to shops, restaurants and the ocean. The space was well appointed and cozy. There is a small deck which we enjoyed with the included beach chairs. We would certainly stay again!

Great stay!

My friends and I enjoyed our stay at this property. Check in and communication was easy and efficient. You can't beat the location of this property. Very close to center of town and all the action. We look forward to booking a stay here in the future.

Perfect Location & Gorgeous Apartment

The apartment is just as beautiful as it looks online, and the location is perfect! It's just far enough out of the fray that you won't feel like you're in the middle of a party when you want to go to bed but close enough that you can get to Provincetown's nightlife in less than five minutes. There's also a cute grocery market a block away. A small warning for travelers with mobility/balance issues: the staircase to the upstairs does not have a handrail and the location of the sloped ceilings and the upstairs bed could be troublesome for someone with limited mobility. With that said, it was perfect for us, and we'll definitely be back.

Rent at your own risk!

While the unit appeared clean and « lovely » on the surface, we discovered some issues that I would say have the potential to be biohazards. We checked in on Tuesday 9/3 and check out Saturday 9/7. 1. Day one 9/6 - We discovered a coffee pot that had been put away uncleaned a very long time ago. Smell and gnats flying. I sent a complaint to the Vacasa team and they made a service ticket that day. Nothing had been cleaned or fixed before we left. We moved the coffee pot outside where it remained upon leaving. 2. We also discovered a mushroom growing out of our barhroom floor with brown « dust » staining the floor. I can only assume these are spores. I notified Vacasa and they said they would open a ticket and address immediately but nothing happened. I have a major concern with the healthiness or un healthiness of the unit. What are we not seeing? Fungus mold etc. Immune compromised individuals should not stay at this unit! 3. The last major issue is the smoke alarm in our unit is not on the ceiling and marked as deactivated - downstairs bedroom. Major concern!! Again, we notified Vacasa and they said they opened a ticket but it was never addressed. There is an entire list of small fixable issue that weren’t addressed before leaving but these are the major three. Due to Vacasa’s lack of addressing these issues, I filed a complaint with the Provincetown Health Department. Customer service was non existent!!!!! I have plenty of pics to share as well!

Great Location

Excellent central Ptown location. Bedroom on 2nd floor is in what used to be the attic- steep slanted ceilings so watch your head. Electric can also be a little sensitive (needed to reset circuit breaker etc). Owner seems to pass 100% of mgmt fee to guest - additional fees much higher than other VRBO properties we’ve stayed in.

Great apartment

This apartment was pretty great. I stayed with two friends. It’s perfectly situated right off of Commercial Street but somehow we didn’t hear much noise at all. The space was clean, big and really nicely laid out so that we all had good privacy. We all loved it!

We came up for one of the party events in Provincetown. Our friends were staying on the West End area. We could not find one near there place. I was afraid that this unit would be too far. It was not at all and there were also places to stop and shop or enjoy The condo was wonderful. Just around the corner from the main street area. Everything was just great. The bedrooms were very spacious. The living room was a great place to work and also play. The location is great and not too close but not too far from everything

Perfect Property & Location

My husband and I stayed here for two nights in July 2023. The place is homey and immaculate and located just steps from Commercial Street. It was perfect for exploring PTown while also getting much needed R&R. Property mgr was very quick to respond to texts. Highly recommend!

Fantastic Ptown location

Enjoyed our 5 days at this property. Was spacious and very comfortable for 4 adults. Rooms were spotless and well maintained. The window AC units were more than adequate for ensuring a comfortable temperature. The location was convenient to take advantage of everything Ptown had to offer. Would definitely stay here again.
