« DO NOT STAY HERE: POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Part 1
The issues began with misinformation between the resort and the member who owned the villa. I was given an incorrect price for the all-inclusive add-on. Even after the member acknowledged providing the wrong price, no meaningful effort was made to honor the quoted rate or provide a reasonable accommodation. Instead, after spending hours in the lobby trying to resolve the issue, I was left with only two options: downgrade my stay or accept a refund...

« Spacious indoors and outdoors. Pool was fun but no hot tub, 15 minute walk to beach on very steep roadway. Hot water was erratic and completely off for 2 days. Roof leaked badly in living/dining room during rain. Poorly equipped for cooking. Bad odor in kitchen, and downstairs bath. Spanish a must to communicate with staff. Many repairs made after our requests others left undone. »

« The house was beautiful, staff were very friendly and the home was kept very clean. Lydia was very helpful with any questions that came up. Would definitely recommend if you like all inclusive resorts and having your own big space to enjoy while on vacation. »
