« We were looking for a couple nights near Mt. Washington on our vacation to the northeast during the first part of June and stumbled across this hidden gem in Bretton Woods. This house in the private community sits at the bottom of a cul-de-sac right on the Ammonnoosuc River while still getting distant views of Mt. Washington and the northern presidential peaks. « We were on vacation with children and grandchildren and the house was perfect for a family. Lots of room to spread out. The location was perfect for Storyland, Scenic Train Ride, playgrounds, restaurants and shopping. Tim was awesome with communication. We had a small issue with the A/C and he had someone arrive at the house within a half hour and it was fixed right away. »

« I took my daughter on a weekend hiking trip and wanted t be close to the trail heads in Franconia. This a spot fit the bill. It was a quick car ride to the trailheads which is important during peak season as the lots fill up so quick. The house had a wonderful updated kitchen with a lot of charm throughout the house. The living room was very comfortable, with a big deck with nice views of the foliage. There was only 2 of us but overall plenty of room for more. »
