Très bel Hôtel; magnifiquement rénové, un des plus beau de Prague. Le personnel était vraiment impeccable, très professionnel et souriant. L'Hôtel est vraiment très bien situé, Tram, Metro et points d'attraction tout proche. Un quartier très sûr et très bien fréquenté, avec de nombreuses possibilités de restauration et de shopping. Un parfait séjours ! J'ai même eu droit à une bouteille offerte de Vin Pétillant pour mon anniversaire ! Parfait !

2ème séjour dans cet hôtel Les plus: bien situé, chambres correctes , très bon petit dej dans une salle magnifique Les moins: malgré un statut VIP, aucun surclassement proposé, pas de SPA ni massage sur place malgré le descriptif .. prestations extérieures, j’ai demandé au concierge, j’attends toujours la réponse…. Parking très cher et bouteille d’eau payante malgré le statut VIP d’hôtels.com Je reviendrai probablement à Prague, mais certainement pas dans cet hôtel… dommage.

Nous avons passé 5 nuits avec petit déj.et dîner au restaurants 1fois. Attention réserver tôt le matin pour le soir, ce restaurant est très prisé !!!!!! Le buffet du petit-déjeuner est très complet. Le personnel est extraordinaire de gentillesse. Le décor à couper le souffle surtout la salle de restaurant, du véritable Art Déco !!!!! La chambre est grande et une literie très confortable. Très bien situé pour visiter avec le tram qui passe devant. A 10 min du métro Stations: Florenc ou République à coté du musée. A 10 min à pieds du vieux Prague. Vraiment nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Merci à toute l'équipe.

This is NOT 5 stars hotel this is maybe maybe 3 stars! Just because few people posted old historic pictures of the hotel that makes it 5 stars, people at receptions were very RUDE, concierge people were clueless with their own city to advice anything. Location is ok 15 min walking to square. Imperial cafe breakfast was expensive for nothing ( poor buffet). The hotel is over priced and over rated by all the American groups they receive daily. The room was small and the bathtub very dangerous to get in and out. 3 machines at what they called gym, tiny small sauna. That what they called 5 stars. Book different hotel and don’t waist your money here.

Overall very satisfied with our stay. The hotel and room were nice, and the staff very friendly. Some areas are perhaps slightly dated, the tv only has android options to connect- not a big issue but it would have been nice in the evening. The location is great, everywhere is very convenient and walkable, with options of public transport available. The room was very quiet, and the products in the room are great too. Thanks!

This was my second stay at this hotel as the previous was when several years pre Covid and I enjoyed it as much this time round as well. Fabulous location with a varirty of shopping and dining options. Friendly staff especially David the concierge and in the restaurant - Alexandra, Katerina and Gabriella.

Alles an unserem Aufenthalt war super, das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir konnten sogar Sauna/dampfbad vor den regulären Öffnungszeiten benutzen. Das Hotel hat eine super Lage und alles ist schnell zu erreichen. Alles war sauber und man fühlt sich sehr wohl.
