« We really enjoyed the house, the 1st floor bedrooms were lovely. There were a lot of outside steps, which can be seen in the pictures…grandma wore out!!!! The tiny stream was fun and fire pit was perfect!! »

« This was a great stay for my family. The property does appear better in person. We were in town for a wedding. The property did have essential items needed such as a steamer for our dresses. The beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the fire place. The property manager was great with communication. Great location (close to restaurants). We would definitely stay again in the future. »

« Place had a beautiful view and accommodations. Window was out in one of the bedrooms with plexiglass taped in, which made room cold, but I am sure they have fixed now. Overall loved our stay. »

« We would definitely return to this peaceful lake house. Very relaxing to be on the lake. Nice swimming right off the dock. Very clean. Well-stocked kitchen. We cooked all meals there. We were fine with the sloping pathway and stairs between the house and the dock. The walk might be challenging if someone had difficulty with slopes and stairs. »

« We had a group of girls join us for a fun weekend in the mountains. Upon arriving, they immediately loved exploring the different levels of the cabin and picking out their rooms! I agree with the reviewer who commented about some things in the home not being “up to date” (like what you would find in an older home vs a newer construction) but we found it to be charming. « The home is so unique in its design with a loft fit for Heidi, an old children’s book written by Spyri. The grandsons were immediately drawn to the loft, and the children’s furniture enhances its intrigue. Two bedrooms and baths downstairs provide excellent creature comfort for the adults and the great room encompassing the kitchen, dining room, and living room with the massive stone fireplace provides a warm and perfect environment for socializing. « My spouse and I went for some R&R to fish and hike and just enjoy nature. Great house with amazing natural light and views ! Location right on the lake was just what we needed. »
