« Very convenient location for skiers. Parking is a little tight during high occupancy times, but after all it is in the mountains. Would stay there again for sure. »

« Nicely appointed small apartment. One bedroom and a murphy bed in the den/living room. Keurig and coffee maker. Good Wifi. Parking for Sugar Mountain is very close. We were able to get a parking spot right near the lodge because it is so close. Owners are great and explained things well and timely. Thanks for the great stay! »

« Easy access, nice views of surrounding mountains and towns. No need for AC at 5000 feet, but if that is deal breaker, it does not have air. However, the unit built in to the earth on the front side and open in rear and has no heat issues. We went in late June and it was cool both day and night. Actually perfect temperatures. Intermediate drive to local attractions and restaurants, but only probably 20 minutes to Banner Elk. The place itself is fairly standard, but is very clean and has...

« The property is very quaint, clean and comfortable. Nice porch. Would stay there again. The only negative were golf course was closed due damage from last years storm which wasn’t mentioned in the listing and the view is a little questionable »

« This is a great property and a great location. The condo is as described and communication was excellent. The check in process was hassle free and I would definitely stay here again. Although we did not cook here the kitchen looked well equipped with everything needed. The beds were comfortable. There was a binder with all necessary instructions which was helpful and a list of things to do in the area. »

« It was a well kept place. A bit small and dated. Next to slopes. Although we did have to go down 3 flights of stairs or more to get down to the creek in order to get to the ski lifts making it difficult with small kids. Very nice views from the balcony »

« Fine place if you just want somewhere to stay while skiing or experiencing other things on the mountain. It was so cold that the exterior screen door froze shut and we could not get into the unit, however management was very timely to send maintenance in a short time to allow us access. »

« Very nice condo. A few things in need of repair. I put the screen door back on its tracks, and adjusted it so it closes properly. I tightened up the loose screws on some cabinet doors. There are a few other things could use fixing. But it was nice enough. The view from the porch was priceless. »
