When we arrived, after making full payment and had a reservation number, we were told they did not have a reservation for us, and they had no condo to sleep 5 available. I traveled with my wife and kids to Mexico and ended up with nowhere to stay. After working with customer support for over an hour. there was nothing they could do to get us in. « This was an amazing stay for me and my family. This was a short notice booking, and we had difficulty finding lodging in Playa Del Carmen. We had to leave a place that was already booked due to lack of A/C. Steffen and Wendy were so welcoming and offered local places to visit. I have traveled the world with my family, and for me and my parents this was one of the best places we have stayed. I definitely will book again. »

She is local hands on, always available, easy to communicate with, prompt replies and very helpful. She really went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed at all times. « Our family stayed at Coco’s villa and Casa Chanty. There was a little mix up with check in, but very quickly handled. Alberto, Cristina and Damien were all extrememly helpful. We had amazing welcome dinner by chef Beto, who also did some shopping for us. We were visiting for a wedding at Nickelodeon resort, but didn't want to stay there. This was very close to that and Puerto Morelos, where we had many amazing meals. Highly recommended, we will be back! »
