« I had a wonderful stay at this charming one-bedroom bungalow! The location couldn’t have been better—just steps from the beach and within walking distance of plenty of great restaurants. It made everything so easy and relaxing.The bungalow itself was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. It had a warm, welcoming vibe that made me feel right at home.What made it even more special was how dog-friendly it was. My pup loved it here, especially being so close...

« The beach view was great! We really enjoyed the history of this cottage! Our teen boys also enjoyed learning of the history of the beaches they once called home. The parking was a little confusing but we expected that. Thank you Bob for allowing us to have an early check in we thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it! « We were pleasantly surprised....the close proximity to the beach, the roominess of the house, the privacy of the house. It was quite nice. It rained almost nonstop and we actually did not go to the beach even once! However, we hung out at the house and found nice restaurants nearby. It was nice to get away for a few days. Thank you. »

« What a fabulous property! Sitting out by the water was heavenly. Owners left paddle boards, beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, and a wagon. We had a blast making use of everything. I cannot overstate how peaceful and lovely this property is. So close to the busy beach, but right in front of the peaceful intracoastal. And we were there during spring break, so… Accommodations are homey and comfortable. Highly recommend a stay here! We hope to return soon! »

« Overall our stay was great without many issues. The house has three decent sized bedrooms and two bathrooms. There are also two pull out couches that can easily accommodate for a large family like ours. Another plus was that our A/C went down, but very quickly maintenance assessed the situation and installed a new A/C unit within 24 hours. The only downsides are that the location is right next to a bar, which is a nice bar but there are a lot of people walking by the property at night. Another...

« The property is central to all IRB has to offer. The house was clean with many amenities (you could cook a full meal if you wanted). A/C worked great (though the temp didn’t get above 85 while we were there). Very comfortable bed and couch. This house has access to a washer and dryer; however, it is shared with two other “houses”.
