« The hotel room that I stayed in was very dirty. So much so that I went to purchase my own cleaning supplies to wipe down dirty surfaces in the bathroom, thick with dust and others’ hair. I wore sandals in the shower. The usual soap, shampoo, conditioner bottles were not supplied. This may be standard at certain hotels but the cleaning crew did not change the sheets when they cleaned the room throughout my stay. Parking was down the street at the Exchange hotel in a lot that was not secure, but...

« Impression mitigée avec cet hôtel tout récent. Manifestement la déco n’est pas terminée donc l’accès à la réception au 1er étage n’est pas indiqué. La chambre est immense mais vide. Le lit paraît perdu dans cet espace non meublé. Accueil moyen. »

« Service was terrible, staff mostly unfriendly and constantly saying how busy they are. I waited over 90 minutes for the bellman during checkout. Apparently there was a problem with the phone saying I was calling from a different room, however, they called my cell to remind me of the checkout time, and I called the front desk 4 times, each time stating what room I was in. Lost an entire afternoon and had to change our plans due to the wait. For the price, it was not worth it. »
