« Not enough elevators... It sounds minor but it's hot in Florida and waiting through 5 elevator cycles to get on an elevator with your luggage is not fun. The elevators are always busy. We've been to this hotel 3 times and this will be our last visit. The hotel is old, the new company that bought the place brought the atmosphere down, the pools are crowded, the beach is not as clean as it used to be, and you have to wait for everything.
