The entry into hotel was very open and inviting. Just a short walk to the pool area and a really nice beach area from the front door. This is where all the good ends. Service was completely crap. I called prior to booking to confirm that the additional all-inclusive option included alcohol. I was assured as an American, booking through a non Egyptian site, that it would be included. There was no additional alcohol option that could’ve been selected through the site. When I arrived at the hotel, they told me that it would cost an additional $15 per person, per night would be required to include alcohol. Even after explaining what was told to me, they chose to not care and charge me anyway. The additional $15 didn’t even include “fresh juice”. It was only for the crappiest, no brand most disgusting and undrinkable whisky, tequila and vodka. We all had one drink and decided not to use our all inclusive passes again. When requested they wouldn’t refund. It was a way to rob the money out of us. Room wasn’t up to par. Build quality of bathroom was very subpar. Bathroom doors wouldn’t close or lock right etc. Food buffet’s provided were okay overall.
