« The apartment itself was very clean, spacious and modern. No complaints. The outside of the building was a bit rough with trash all around and the neighborhood was a bit sketchy. The “included parking” is street parking - so that “perk” felt a little misleading, but my car was still there when I woke up lol. The only issue was the air condition - it worked great, but anytime it was on you could hear something flapping around in the exposed ventilation system which was quite loud. Otherwise good....

« We really liked our top floor apartment that was up in the treetops. It was spacious, clean, and comfortable. We loved sitting out on the balcony. Our only issue was that several items had not been restocked by the cleaner. The host was very responsive and brought them over the next day. Be aware that there are steep steps up to the top apartment. »

« Great place to stay, was quiet and very affordable. Most of what you want to do is within walking distance. There's a Target a few minutes away that you can get groceries and other things at. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. 5/5 stars. I would stay here again if I'm ever in Pittsburgh again. »

« The apartment was as we saw it on the site. Beautiful apartment, clean with all the accessories useful for our stay. Parking is easy on the street. The beds and sheets are comfortable. Very well located for visiting the city center on foot and cycling, beautiful cycle paths. Good communication with the manager who checks in on us regularly. However, if you are a light sleeper, earplugs will come in handy as there is a hospital a short distance away and ambulance helicopters roam around at night....

« This place was amazing!!! If nothing else, just the view from the balcony is worth the stay. But add onto that, your own parking spot, full kitchen, walking distance to food, drinks and shops. Drive to downtown is 15 minutes on busy day. The remodeled interior is great!! This really did feel like home away from home. This is definitely my place to stay on next trip to Pittsburgh. »

« Unfortunately, I can't recommend this Grand Avenue Apt. as it was sub-par to all those I've stayed in. It offers only the most bare basics in the kitchen (eg, only 1 small pairing knife, minimal utensils, no corkscrew or bottle opener, and no cooking supplies), the view is only from the street (not the apt), the wifi continually went out, the AC only cools the bedroom, and the mattress was lumpy and broken (listing significantly to one side against the wall). It's a shame as, with some attention...
