« You can park a block down without paying. Cars are left in a lot one block down the street. So your car is just as safe as if you parked yourself. I paid for two nights of Valet and on the second night they told me the valet didn’t show up so park the car yourself. No compensation was offered for the night of valet I paid for plus tip. Front desk staff and bar tenders were very friendly and approachable. Food and drinks were delicious. »

« I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was excellent, from the cleanliness of the room to the friendly and attentive staff. The location was great, and the overall experience was very comfortable and enjoyable. The only area that could be improved is the breakfast. Unfortunately, the quality and variety of the breakfast did not meet the same high standard as the rest of the hotel. « The train is way too close to the hotel. We felt it was in our room. Our room was next to the elevator on the 3rd floor, so it was very noisy. With a six nights stay a view on the river and further from elevators and train would have been appreciated. Good breakfast every morning with many options. Thanks »

« The main entrance to the hotel was locked and had to be opened at the front desk at 2;30 in the afternoon. The front desk clerk was not friendly. The pool was closed. A chair in the room had stains on it...should have been thrown out. The view of downtown was nice, but the windows looked like the outsides are never cleaned. This hotel is also in a sketchy neighborhood. Good things: parking was decent. Right behind the hotel. Breakfast was good. »
