Hotel with a good location, modern. Rooms are quite big et well designed. Staff is really helpful and breakfast ok. Will consider this hotel for my next visit in Santiago.

This was our second stay at this hotel, and we still believe it offers some of the best value for money in Santiago. The rooms are spacious, quiet, comfortable, and very bright during the day (they may get quite warm in summer due to the large windows, but they anyway have air conditioning). The small kitchenettes are also very practical and come with the essentials you may need to prepare any simple meal. Having parking included in the reservation is another big plus and made our stay even...

pratique, confortable, bien placé.

The room was big, cosy, with 2 very confortable double beds. But in the bathroom, you could hear the noise from the other room, and children on the upper room could be heard while they were running. Luckily, the employees were very helpful and reacted when I gave them a call to complain. The noise in the room upstairs stopped.
