« My daughter got married in the Presbyterian Church on Franklin Street. The location could not have been more perfect. The house easily accomodated the 6 of us and was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The landlord was very responsive to requests for extra towels and early/late check in and check out. The front porch was a great get away for the Father of the Bride! Loved being able to walk to Rosemary and Franklin Street. I would definitely stay in the house again. »

« This is a great property in a prime location near Downtown Raleigh. I had a minor issue with the AC unit running out of refrigerant but the host fixed the issue promptly and prorated me for the inconvenience. I will definitely recommend this host and property to friends. »
