« Perfect location for a concert at Cats cradle or anything UNC Chapel Hill campus. Overall, the place was very nice and clean.The address in the listing was incorrect and took us to N. Greensboro instead of S. Greensboro. We contacted the property manager through VRBO and it took a while to hear back. Once they update the address on the listing, it will be fine. Overall, a good place to stay. »

« The staff was friendly, but the property is junk. The only thing that okay was the shower. The bathroom faucet sprayed all over and was rusty, the bed was THE WORST I have ever slept on, and the base was hard and squeaky. The place needs a major restoration. You get what you pay for, I guess. »
