« I have not been asked to pay a fee to obtain a basic wifi since a trip in India 15 years ago! This is where this hotel in Charlotte is stuck to: taking advantage of their business customers. I will try not to ever have to vome back there. They fully refused to make any single commervial gesture despite we had booked 3 rooms. No complementary coffee either despite this is also quite a standard towards USA. »

« Room was not cleaned during our stay. On Saturday I mentioned this to the staff at the desk and they ASSURED me the room would be cleaned. Nothing done. For the price I paid per night, close to $1000 I should expect better. Not acceptable! Especially for a room a I paid for in advance almost 1 YEAR AGO IN FULL. Refund due accordingly!!
