La personne n’arrivait pas à voir la photo que le lui adressais … et ne voulait pas me donner le code pour accéder à la cabane, sans ce document…. Bref personnel pas sympa, »

« Ran in to a small hiccup when we arrived late night for check-in , Brittany literally got in her car and drove to location to help us at 11 pm and served with a smile . We unfortunately had to move rooms next morning due to an appliance situation ( no one's fault ) again here comes Brittany serving with a smile . We get settled they checked on us to make sure everything was ok and it was . We stayed for 8 nights and every single worker we encountered from the front desk to back of the house...

« the hotel put me on a "do not rent" list, only 3 hours before my check in time. i did not stay here, and no one physically told me until i was in the lobby attempting to check in. the reasoning i was given was "we require bookings of 3 nights and up" but my booking for one night was confirmed and booked through expedia. i had to scramble to make other plans for the night after driving nearly 9 hours. »

« Great location, clean, nice view, easy access to main places in downtown I loved that they have a room for kids with toys and a little kitchen, my kids enjoyed so much having everything that they needed for a couple nights. Parking is an additional cost. »
