Small clean room, comfortable bed, quiet. Need to be a genius to operate the tv, no microwave. I would stay here again but take their course "how to operate the tv 101, lol".

Disappointing Stay: Lack of Maintenance and
I recently stayed at Paradise Inn and unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. From the moment I entered the room, it was evident that maintenance was lacking. The hot water wasn't working, the toilet flusher was loose, and the toilet seat was in dire need of replacement, giving the bathroom an unpleasant appearance.the cleanliness of the bathroom left much to be desired. Furthermore, not only was there a used, old sponge for dishwashing in the kitchen, but there was also no starter bathing soap provided. It's clear that the overall condition of the bathroom and kitchen area is in need of attention and care. To add to the discomfort, there was a noticeable smell emanating from the bathroom drain, which only added to the displeasure of the stay. The morning was disrupted by a loud squealing sound coming from the bathroom shower at 6 a.m., forcing us to run the shower until it stopped. Having stayed at this establishment in the past when it was better maintained, I am disappointed to say that this will likely be my last visit. I hope that management takes these issues seriously and implements necessary improvements to provide a more pleasant experience for future guests. Thank god it was only a one night stay.

The location of this property is the main advantage. Everything else is pretty basic. Upon checking in my room key wouldn't work and needed to be replaced. I was awakened during the night many times by loud guests and my sleep was also interrupted by a lot of mosquitoes even though all of the windows were closed. This Inn is good for a 1-nighter but nothing beyond that. Location is ideal as you can walk to the fast food outlets and large supermarkets but comfort is lacking.

The hotel is very basic, hardly a three star but I liked the convenience and proximity to eating places though most are fast foods like KFC, Burger King. There is a Carrefour supermarket across the street. The bus stops are on opposite sides of the road that can take you to Maho, Marigot and pretty much anywhere you want. The first two receptionists, I met at the hotel were not friendly. A guest arrives and there's no greeting at all. The only two that were more friendly and easy to talk to with great information were Tamia and Christina.

Booked a Studio with a stove but none was in the room only a microwave, coffee maker that needed to be thrown out was rusty. Bad part is I called the propwrty directly before I booked to verify what was in the room base on pictures. It seems staff doesn't know the difference between kitchen and kitchenette. Getting an attitude for just asking questions. That wasn't even the bad part, I checked in and as usual I immediately searched the bedding huge stain on sheets told front desk housekeeping came talking about " its not dirty it's just stained" then don't put it on. Dishes need to be upgraded no sink which means you wash the dishes in the bathroom sink if you use any. Tiles are stained. The lounge chair had droppings in it as well. Really a turn off from pictures posted here. I won't recommend there to an animal mot user friendly at all.

Firstly, let me clarify that while the room you booked did indeed have a stove, all our room descriptions clearly state this information. However, we completely understand that having the wrong configuration for your needs can be frustrating. When you brought this to our attention, we did our absolute best to accommodate you by offering a different room, unfortunately, due to being fully booked, this wasn't possible on the first night. We hope you can understand this challenging situation. Regarding the stains on the sheets, this is definitely not up to our usual high standards, and we sincerely apologize for this. We'll be sure to address this with our cleaning team immediately to ensure it doesn't happen again. As for the dishes, while guests are welcome to wash their own if they prefer, we also have separate provisions for our cleaners to take care of this, which was the case during your stay. We understand that your overall experience fell short of expectations, and we truly apologize for the inconvenience these issues caused. To acknowledge your disappointment, we offered a full refund for the last two nights of your stay, which you denied. We hoped this gesture helped demonstrate our commitment to guest satisfaction. We take all feedback seriously, and your comments will help us to improve our services and ensure other guests have a smooth and enjoyable stay. We really appreciate you bringing these issues to our attention, and we hope you'll give us another chance in the future to show you the excellent hospitality we strive for.

Cute one night stay
We chose Paradise Inn since we were getting in late and our timeshare condo wouldn't be available until the next day. We wanted a location away from the airport and casino noise but close to our next property. Paradise was comfortable and clean. Bed, linens, and towels were all new. Don't you just love fluffy new towels? Shower had hot water on demand, so plenty for a nice hot shower after a very long day of travel. It's our first time on St Maarten so didn't realize our iphone maps would not work on the island. This property was a bit hard to find, so make sure to get driving directions before you arrive. There are fast food places within a block and the market is directly across the street. Best of all were the delightful employees. I can't tell you our mood after airplane mechanical issues, delayed flights, rush hour traffic getting out of the airport and trying to find the hotel after dark without our iphone maps (Google maps works on St Maarten). Our resourceful and super friendly check in lady helped guide us directly to the hotel drive way and waited outside to welcome us in. She was so sweet and understanding. What a delight! She had us checked in within minutes, helped us with parking, let us know about the gated property with security. If you are looking for a 5 star resort, this probably isn't the place for you. But if you are looking for an island friendly, clean and comfy Caribbean hideaway, you'll find it at the Paradise Inn.
