This would have been a good review if it was not for the fact that rooms are only cleaned every three days with no towel change in between. The property also charged my card twice despite having already paid Expedia for the stay. The plus side several dining options available nearby and a Target store right next door.

I chose this property for its location and they offered a suite option. They even kindly sent through a visual walk-thru of the jnr suite. On arrival, after checking in, the room sadly wasnt as described. Most of the furniture in the suite was very worn, stained and old. The small kitchen area had a fridge and microwave but no utensils, plates etc. The air conditioning units were very noisy indeed and couldnt be turned down. The layout was basically two rooms with one of the rooms having the bed removed. I contacted the hotel to share my upset, as was quite expensive and initially told that was "normal wear and tear" and to be expected. They did then reduce the room rate and offered free breakfasts for my stay. Then due to "computer error" checked me out 2 days before i should have been, charged me for breakfasts and re charged my card for the remaining 2 nights, so there were two "fund holds" on my card which i wasnt happy with. Marriott usually are very good indeed but this one fell below. All the staff were friendly and did try to help, but errors just kept on happening. I hope both the suite condition and processes are looked into for any other person staying there.

I was at this property because my son was a patient at Temple hospital. Michele at the front desk is amazing! If there’s anything you need ask for her she is so understanding and compassionate. She helped me with my issues with my stay. Couldn’t recommend more , the accommodations they made for me.

The guy who checked us in was great. We also met another gentleman that helped us to where we needed to be and even held the elevator open for us. The only complaint is that my room has no body wash and I called the front desk twice. It has been 2 hours and still no body wash. So I can’t shower.

Our room was not well maintained. The desk chair was torn, the wallpaper was coming apart at the seams, and the shower was not well-cleaned. There was no bathmat and the shower was out of body soap. The walls were paper thin, with noise from next door waking us multiple times. The hotel’s phone started beeping at 6 am, and could not be turned off.

If it were not for the incredible staff who went over and beyond knowing that no matter what they offered could not make anything right, I would have left in tears. The beds were not comfortable and the toilet seat was too small and loose everytime you used it felt like it was going to come off. Dusty near light switches near bed bring eye drops. We stayed 2 days and glad it was not longer.

This hotel was wonderful. Antonio and Andrea at the front desk was so kind and bright, very informative. The hotel is Clean and looks very nice , my room was great and DONT GET ME STARTED ON THE FOOD THEY PROVIDE AT THE BISTRO. IT WAS BEYOND GREAT. breakfast was amazing , pool was clean , so nicely decorated. i cant wait to go back ! :)

The day of check in the hostess seem bothered about the work needing to be done, could have had a bad day, unsure. However the pricing is somewhat vague. Parking on the third party site said $10/night, ok it is third party. Front desk told me $14/night and the tv screen showing all the information about the hotel said $12/nightly, mhhh. It also showed a California pizza kitchen near by, nope. The pool was also not available, some maintenance issue bummer, just seem weird that no one could be bothered to update the information screen in the elevator. I guess stuff happens and that is ok. The rooms itself need serious updating, rust on the bathroom floor and the picture frames, no hair dryer and the AC unit blows right onto the nearby bed, the vent cannot be moved, I had to put luggage in front of it. Pricing was ok for what we got, Philadelphia was a lot of fun.

Large hotel and only breakfast available is through one person operated Starbucks… I have no interest waiting 15 min for barista and another 20 for the food to arrive. Offer normal breakfast, like others do.

The night manager Floyd was rude and discourteous. He advised me my rate included free breakfast. It did not. After I departed hotel I was charged an additional $53.00!
