★ Smoking, Drugs and Partying inside our home is PROHIBITED. Any signs of smoking or partying will result to $1,000 fine.

★ PARKING ★
There is free street parking along side the building and local parking garages. We recommend downloading the SpotHero or ParkWhiz apps to locate a spot for multi-night stays.

IMPORTANT: The parking lot within the complex is reserved exclusively for residents. Guest parking in this lot is prohibited, and any unauthorized vehicles may be towed from the premises and a $250 fine will be imposed for any violation.

★ PETS ★
We’re a pet-friendly establishment. One dog <25 lbs is allowed, but other types of pets are prohibited unless an exception has been granted. A pet cleaning fee applies, and all pet details must be provided before booking. Pet must be potty trained.

To help keep our space clean and cozy for future guests, we do have a small cleaning fee for each pet, per stay:
1-5 Nights: $25 per night, per pet
6-29 Nights: $200 total, per pet
30+ Nights: $300 total, per pet

Note: Any unannounced pets upon discovery of evidence will result in a $300 fine. Additionally, pets are not permitted on the rooftop and will incur a $150 fine if found.

★★★ GUEST VERIFICATION PRIOR TO STAY IS REQUIRED ★★★

To ensure a safe stay, all guests must complete verification before check-in. This information is used only for screening and is not stored or used otherwise.

By booking, you agree to the following:

‱ A valid government-issued ID and photo selfie is required before check-in.
‱ You must sign and be in agreement to our rental agreement. (Background check may be required)
Check-in instructions will be withheld until verification is complete.

Verification Details:
‱ All guests must provide verification info prior to arrival. Failure to do so may result in cancellation.
‱ New profiles with fewer than 2 reviews must pay a damage deposit, refundable if no damage occurs.
‱ Guests with ratings under 4 stars cannot book via instant booking; manual review and approval are required for new profiles. If for whatever reason the reservation confirms through the system, the reservation may be canceled

‱ We have security cameras facing the exterior of the building and in all common shared areas (hallways, roof lounge, lobby, etc.). They will be recording for safety purposes
‱ We have a noise monitor in unit (DOES NOT RECORD CONVERSATIONS) to prevent noise from reaching a certain level
‱ This is a pet friendly property & may encounter pets
‱ As we are directly across from Roar, a Club, it may get noisy Saturday Nights
‱ As this is a new building, there is construction all around
