Hôtel et chambre très agréable. Par contre j'ai opté pour cet hébergement pour la salle de sport et lors de notre arrivée la salle etait en 'rénovation' aucun avertissement par mail, ni affichage sur place, ni sur les sites de réservation. Assez déçu

We booked a family room suite and really very big. Breakfast with great options, amazing swimming pool Wirth chill music and a bar. Staff was great since the check in including spa, food and beverages and pool. Will be back!

I did a lot of research on many properties before choosing this one, stayed here on our honeymoon for 3 nights and in the villas with the private pool. The room was unbelievable, they had decorated the room with honeymoon petals for us & the views were unreal. Our room was below a large tree so quite a few leaves fell in our private pool which made it look abit dirty but was cleaned and netted daily so I can’t complain, the staff were amazing I have never met such lovely staff and the food UNREAL! Good prices too, lots of places to walk and eat outside hotel also. The cute lift to the villas and rooms was stunning, you had to wait a couple of minutes as was only 1 lift, however worth the wait - stunning. Very quiet hotel, wouldn’t stay here for more than 3/4 days though, and remember it is in the forest/mountains so likely to see some bugs :)

Great pools. Comfortable rooms. Short walk to the excitement of Patong. Extremely slow service at the pool bar. Food in breakfast buffet always stone cold.

Great pool side villa. The pool did need cleaning a lot but you expect that being high up. Breakfast was beautiful! Staff were very friendly. I do wish the room had more options e.g the spa and restaurant there were no brochures or anything. Would recommend and would stay again

Big, confortable and clean rooms. Great swimming pool and the stuff is very nice. The breakfast is the best I tried in Thailand. As negative the restaurant (food and drinks) is expensive.

Stayed in the pool villa. The food was amazing. Staff was exceptional. Property was top notch nestled in the hills. Walkable to Patong Beach .

The property was absolutely beautiful. Too bad the staffs were not trained with how to maintain it. We had to use the cable car to bring the luggage down the hill to the lobby to check out. But the cable car was not available for a whole day without any notification ahead of time. Since it just rained, the outdoor stairs were very wet and slippery, with no sign or rug to help the situation. My husband slipped off the stairs, hurted his back and elbow. The front desk just kept apologizing for the "inconvenience". It's been a few days, my husband's back still hurts, and the management never contacted. Also the one night we stayed at the villa, after 10pm, one front desk staff called multiple times because he couldn't find which room ordered a hair dryer.

プールビィラ宿泊しました。二階建て下ベット　プール　浴槽があり上にテラス　浴槽が有り日本では出来ない体験が出来満足です・・・が？防虫の木材を使用していないため小さい虫やシロアリかな？が都会暮らしには気になる所でした・・次回はバルサン持参でも宿泊したい位コンセプトは良いです施設も何部屋かはデッキなど修繕していました防虫や偽木材を使用すれば良いのにな？と建設業の自分は感じました

【とても清潔感があり、スタッフは全員親切にして頂いた！】 ジャンセイロンから歩いて8分ほどで、中心部の観光はほぼ全て歩いて回った。ビーチまでは少しかかるが、歩けなくない距離。 施設はとてもきれいで、隅々まで清掃されている。なんと言っても1番良かったのは、スタッフの対応で、皆 笑顔で接して頂き、とても気持ちよく滞在することができた。中でも、最終日のチェックアウト後、飛行機が深夜便だったため、スパのシャワーを貸してくれた。こんな経験は今まで無かったので、感動した。 ホテルの良さが旅行の楽しさに直結することもあるんだと感じた。 ぜひプーケットに来た際は、このホテルに泊まって欲しいと思います！！

Skønt hotel med god beliggenhed
Skønt hotel væk fra Phukets larm men stadig tæt på alting. Shuttle til stranden fungerede fint. Lækkert poolområde med hyggelig poolbar. Der var meget voldsom byggelarm ved hotellet, da en gravemaskine med hammer var ved at hugge kæmpe sten i stykker. Larmen var største minus. Selve hotellet fremstod i super flot stand hvor der var kredset om fine detaljer.

Overall the hotel was not bad but could be better. We visited during high season and paid double the usual rate for our room, we were expecting more considering the rate we paid. Our hot water continuously failed while showering. The room was hot and muggy at night even with the AC on and temperature could not be changed. We had no major issues with cleanliness but the shower could have been cleaner.

Very relaxing/tropical ambiance. The staff was always very attentive and customer service impeccable. Only downside was there was construction going on during the daytime so you would hear it in your room, but otherwise, Would definitely come back!
