CREST POOL VILLA RESORT
Hotel bien entretenu avec un bon service à la clientèle. Petit bémol est l'emplacement un peu isolé, si vous vous déplacez beaucoup je conseille de louer une moto ou voiture. Nous avons été surclassé sur une chambre avec piscine privée, le top. Chambre spacieuse avec bon standing.

Déconseiller !!!!!!
Séjour horrible . Personnel horrible pas accueillant c'est censée être une chambre avec room service le personnel était souler de nos appel . On c rendu compte que au bout de 1semaine de séjour que les draps n'était jamais changer que la femme de ménage remettez nos draps sale sans les changer. Ménage bacler. Elle ne laver pas les toilettes. Vue de l'extérieur on se dis hôtel de luxe mais il ne mérite pas du tout. A chaque repas acheter obliger de débattre pour leur prouver qu'on n'a bien un bon de réduction avec notre réservation. Nous sommes deux jeunes fille qui ne sont pas compliquer . En aillant séjourner la bas je le déconseillé vraiment . Nous somme pas des gens compliquer mais un minimum de bon sens quand même . Cette hôtel ne sais pas accueillir . Il sont hypocrites . A part le monsieur de la voiture de golf et le gardien personne insupportable. Plus le fait que le prix du taxi et des cigarettes sont double par rapport à la ville . Heureusement qu' on n'a fini par trouver un monsieur super sympa un taxi juste en face de l'hôtel. Et sans compter qu'il ont oser nous accuse d'un vol de peignoir à la fin du séjour. Nous avions un vol très tard l'hôtel à voulu nous virer à 12h on n'a du négocier 2h pour à la fin payer presque une nuit d'hôtel pour 4h de plus!!! Inacceptable !!!

Bel hôtel au premier abord
Chambre avec piscine privée ,bien aménagée , pas très propre et finition à la thaïlandaise ! les extérieurs ne sont pas terminer !! Pour les taxis pour Patong ,ne pas les commander avec l’hotel ,500 bath, mais juste en bas de l’hotel ,une place avec des taxis 300 bath,et pour finir superbe petit déjeuner !!

Hotel was so nice and there’s a 7 eleven about two minutes away. Hotel staff were always quick when something was needed. The pool and bar closes early. If you order 20 minutes before they close the staff will have an attitude unfortunately- but that was the only bad thing about the hotel. Everything else was excellent

This property has a lot of ware and tear. It took forever to check in for the room. Says it’s a 5 star luxurious resort, but I give it 3 stars. No as clean as I expected, not many amenities, bugs in the room. I must say the panorama views were amazing as well as the private pool. Was expecting much more from this resort.

My husband and I stayed at the Crest Resort for our honeymoon. Overall, we loved this property. The staff was very nice, the rooms and property were well taken care of. We also liked the free shuttle rides that are offered about 5 times per day to take you to and from Patong Beach. The food was excellent- especially the spinach gnocci and pizza. The only downsides we had were that there is little privacy in the rooms (as newly weds on our honeymoon, we didn’t like that our patio and pool were right next to someone else). Also, we asked two times for taxi rides and paid in advance with the front desk, but the taxis were not called until we arrived at the front desk. Our ride to the airport was 20 minutes late when we asked the day before for them to be there at a specific time. Overall, we would recommend this resort and would definitely return.

not a great location - a steep trek up the hill with nothing around it. Half the pool was under construction. They do offer a free beach shuttle but it doesn’t run very often. I paid for a sea view but it was definitely a partial view. I didn’t like the bathroom - there is no door. You can see the shower and toilet from your bed and therefore hear it very clearly. Room size was good. AC didn’t work well - room was still very warm. We requested an iron and ironing board which never came. Not worth the money.

Disgusting dirty stain furniture, paid for a villa with private pool but pool was dirty/algae and was not able to use the pool. Room feels unclean, in room robes and slippers are old, used, dingy and stained . Bath towels were old and stained. There was a geico and flying bugs in my room. This was a total disappointment.
