Dear GuestThank you for staying with us. As we are centrally located in the heart of Patong, it comes with some limitation. At times it noisy when boxing matches are played from 8pm-10pm on few days. Dear Guest Thank you for taking time for your feedback. We will take the corrective action. You have stayed with us on 24th-26th Dec. For the airport pickup is it advised to book well in advance as this was the super peak season with lots of guest enquires. We do have English instructions paper for operating safety box. We have 24 hours reception to help you with your requests. Our hotel is running full, so handles and knobs may show some wear due to usage and not because of Rust. we have Air-conditioned Rooms with ensuite bathrooms with shower/Bathtub, Rooftop Swimming Pool, Bar, Restaurant, Tour Desk and central location with everything at walking distance.
