« The room smelled like a cross between antiseptic and febreeze. The blinds let light through even when closed. Mattress was not thick. No outlets near the mirror. No one at the front desk at checkout, and the number to call just rang with no one answering. No breakfast. If I had paid $140 a night I would have said I got what I paid for and it would have been fine. Since I paid almost double that I expected more than “wifi is not guaranteed” and a rough night’s sleep. Price this accordingly. »

« All the main features were fine-comfy bed, clean, and good value, but some updates and repairs are still needed. The faucet’s hot/cold settings were installed in the opposite direction. Also, there is spotty staffing at the reception desk. We had to wait a while to check in because no one was at the front desk. Same for check out! Maybe a weekend when there were too few scheduled? Would still stay again though because of the price. »

« Our patio chairs were covered in green mold. We wanted to sit outside, so we went inside, got towels, and covered the chairs so that we could sit down. The condition of the pillar directly beside our room was even more concerning. It was not simply in need of a little paint or touch-up.
