« We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful cottage near Lake Pontchartrain, LA! The home was perfect for visiting family—cozy, well laid out, and incredibly charming. We especially loved the setup of the house, the peaceful backyard, and the amazing ice maker (a small touch that made a big difference!).The location couldn’t have been better—we were within walking distance to the lake, great restaurants, and coffee shops like Sweet Olive.Thank you, Kelly, for your quick responses and hospitality....

« Creek is moving water so hardley any mosquito. Coldest creek in LA perfect for toddlers to play in the shallow water. Lots of small fish for kids to catch. The house has the essential for cooking pots pans etc. Because your 20mins from a McDonalds dont believe google when it says 10 mile. We came to LA to see family in the area. Would come back to this place when we come back to LA. »

« This is my second time staying here, and I would happily come again! The cabin is more than comfortable and the hosts are welcoming. I especially enjoy sitting on the porch with my coffee and simply watching the birds and other wildlife. The river is just a short trek down an easy trail, providing another opportunity to relax and enjoy nature. I hope I am able to return again sometime soon! »

I only wish they had made it clear they weren't going to send the check-in information until the last minute, because the ad suggests they might confirm that two days prior to the stay.
