« I have not stayed in a Holiday Inn in quite some time, but I highly recommend. Beautiful property with comfortable beds and great breakfast included: pancakes, biscuits, bacon, hasbrowns, omelettes, fruit, yogurt, cereal and more! »

« The stay was great but, housekeeping accidentally threw a cracker barrel paper bag away that contained a toddler hat and suspenders. The person who cleaned it was not honest about what happened to the bag. This did not and does not sit well with me. Breakfast was mediocre. »

« We arrived in town early for a funeral and needed to stay for the night. Faith, at the front desk, found us a room and made sure we had everything we needed. Excellent customer service! »

« One of the best hotels I have stayed at! TV with a beautiful display (55 inches), full size refrigerator and freezer, very clean and nice bathroom. They even have a small stove setup so if you want to cook then you can. It was almost like a studio apartment. Can’t say anything bad! Now whenever I go to the Tanger Outlets I will be looking to stay in these suites! (Not even two minutes away from the outlets) »

« Hotel situé dans un centre commercial très calme la nuit. Nous étions 5 dans une suite avec 2 chambres, 2 salles de bain. A une heure de New Orleans , des plantations et des bayous . Idéal si on a une voiture et qu'on ne veut pas se retrouver dans le bruit infernal et la circulation d'une ville. »

« Check in was a disaster. Lost my reservation even though I showed them my confirmation email for 2 rooms. The front desk guy could care less about finding my reservation. He put me on the phone with someone who claimed to be looking for my reservation but apparently had to log in to one system after another and just kept saying, “1 second” over and over. In the end, I finally got my 2 rooms. Then the guest next to me starts blaring music at 1am and singing along to it…..but that’s a story for...

"Je voyage régulièrement dans différents pays du monde. Ce séjour a été la pire expérience en termes de rapport qualité / prix que j’ai vécu.
La propriété tombe littéralement en ruine : pas d’éclairage extérieur sur le site, la piscine a l’abandon avec un oiseau mort qui flotte, la machine à glaçon dans une pièce désaffectée avec des cafards morts au sol…
Nous y étions un dimanche soir et étions les seuls dans tout l’établissement pourtant très grand. C’était lugubre. Les services décrits sur hôtels.com comme la bibliothèque n’existent pas.
L’intérieur de la chambre était correct et la personne a l’accueil a cherché à nous aider du mieux possible. , "
