« Knew it was under renovation but did not expect to walk into a lobby full of mattresses. When booked, was unaware pool was not available. Seems like this should be told ahead of booking. Finally, no hot water for showering. »

« The location was beautiful. But the house was very dirty and in need of much repair. The water smelled like poop. The toilet in our room was filled with waste. The ceiling downstairs right by the kitchen had a huge hole and pipes exposed. The front door was broken and needed much repair. The patio out back was filthy the kitchen a complete mess with dishes stacked in the sink. They had cats and dogs in the house and while I was eating a cat jumped up in my lap. « Tout se présentait bien, abords de l'hôtel avenant, accueil sympathique, chambre très spacieuse et propre. Jusqu'au moment du coucher. Pourquoi une literie aussi déplorable ? La pire que j'ai connue depuis quinze ans ! Sans parler des oreillers du même niveau. J'ai vraiment très mal dormi. Petit déjeuner correct dans une petite salle agréable. Vraiment dommage car cela aurait pu être très bien ... mais je n'y retournerai pas »
