« Got locked out due to issues with the battery operated keypad door lock. The owner was not contactable (it was late), no other hotel available so I slept on the floor at the airport. I will not book this style of accommodation for business travel again. »

« The room was very small. It reminded me of a tiny room in New York. There was hardly anywhere to put luggage and toiletries. I could just barely roll my luggage between the bed and the wall. It was a tight squeeze. We also weren’t in a very nice area…we had a homeless lady approach us just outside the hotel doors and followed us inside insisting she see our documents (which would never happen). The receptionist was great. »

« Very happy with the stay. The apartment was very clean, small but well equipped. Nothing was missing. Convenient for visiting Milan. »
