« The previous tenant smoked in the apartment and it smelled terrible. There was no blanket, only a top sheet. The QR code that was supposed to lead me to instructions did not work. I tried contacting the property management company through email every day, no response at all. I left two days early. I still have not heard from the management company. JOIVY is a JOKE. »

« Room is depressing. It was ok clean but the opposite of cozy and welcoming. The couch didn’t look like a sofa bed so they offered for 20 extra euros a room with 2 actual beds. Shower didn’t look updated, we chose not to shower ! The day we left, they asked us for 10€ in cash for keeping our bags which seemed odd. Wouldn’t return despite fabulous location. (Beware there is one flight of stairs after elevator) »

« We loved our stay here. The room was very spacious and the amenities were great. Close to all main attractions but in a quiet street. »
