Our bathroom window was broken, there is no wifi in rooms. The pools have mold, extremely slippery tile and broken grating surrounding pool. The gardwns were unkempt and grass was dry and brown. There is no restaurant at hotel. There is no beach shuttle at hotel. Mask were not required while serving yourself from uncovered breakfast...

« The “popular amenities” that this hotel claims to have are either extremely underwhelming or simply do not exist. First, while the hotel claims to have Wifi in every room, the network only works in the lobby and loses connection once you reach the third floor of rooms. We ironically had better connection to the wifi at the restaurant in the hotel beside this one then we did in our room.
