Marcus Palm is a bright and playful mid-century villa with modern amenities. Nowhere embodies the carefree vibe of a well-deserved holiday like this custom Palm Springs home. With pops of vibrant wallpaper and stylish art prints, and mod-ish furniture, this home is a bright burst of color and personality.

Marcus Palm has multiple indoor/outdoor seating areas, a sunken fire pit, ping pong, corn hole yard game and saltwater pool and spa — surrounded by stunning views of the San Jacinto Mountains for gorgeous sunrises and glowing sunsets. The private BBQ island and lounge area is the perfect place to entertain family and friends during your desert getaway.

Four bedrooms accommodate up to 10 guests, all featuring luxury mattresses, premium linens, Smart TVs and AC. Our home is primarily furnished by Room & Board, Article, West Elm, and Palm Springs's H3k Home+Design.

The primary suite is furnished with a king-sized bed, TV and a beautiful en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. The suite opens out to the backyard.

Guest Room 3: Queen bed, TV, and shared bathroom with Guest Room 4.

Guest Room 4: Queen bed, TV, and shared bathroom with Guest Room 3.

Breeze Way: Queen air mattress and room darkening curtains provided.

Bed Summary: 1 King, 3 Queen beds. Sleeps up to 10 with an air mattresses. ((2) twins and a queen mattress included)

Located in beautiful Movie Colony East neighborhood and close to the chic uptown district of downtown Palm Springs. Walk a few minutes (or take a Lyft) to the hottest spots – Ruth Hardy Park, El Mirasol, Koffi Coffeehouse, Cheeky's, Farm, Tac/Quila, etc.

For added convenience, this home also features a private washer and dryer and kitchen pantry. There is space available for up to 4 cars total between the driveway and the carport. Street parking is not permitted. Oversized vehicles are not permitted.

Marcus Palm has a dedicated hospitality manager and hotel-grade amenities.

Alarm.com professionally monitors the home. For insurance purposes, we have 4 cameras outside the home on the property: at the front door, in the Pool area, in the BBQ area, and in the driveway.

We also use a product called Minut to monitor noise levels, as the City of Palm Springs is very strict about noise. We have one in the pool area, one in the BBQ area, and one in the main living area (it also detects smoking inside).

The City of Palm Springs has a strict noise ordinance.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS -

What time is check in and check out?

Check in is after 4PM local time, and check out is no later than 11AM. Early check in and late check out may be available for your reservation. There is a fee of $600 for both or $300 for either early check in or late check out.

How do i access the property?

Marcus Palm has keyless locks. This keyless system allows entry into the vacation rental through the issue of a “code” rather than a physical key. The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier.

Do you provide Daily Cleaning Service?

Marcus Palm will provides departure clean on all stays. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee.

Is the pool heated?

The pool is heated to 80-82 degrees and included in the price.

What is provided with my Accommodations?

Our home is furnished and have a kitchen with amenities including a microwave, coffee maker, toaster and blender. Each property is stocked with cooking and serving items including plates, bowls and utensils, as well as a can opener, corkscrew measuring spoons and more. The coffee maker takes ground coffee and we also offer a spice rack, salt and pepper.

There are bath towels, pool towels and bed linens. We also provide an initial supply of trash liners, toilet paper, hand soap and dishwasher soap. Bathrooms are stocked with Shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. Laundry facilities are also equipped with laundry soap and dryer sheets.

Can I ship packages to the property?

We do not recommend shipping directly to the home, we do not have mailbox keys, and there are many different people with access to the home: vendors, housekeeping, Guest Services staff, etc... so we cannot be responsible for packages once delivered.

Do you have outdoor music system?

City of Palm Springs does not permit any amplified music outdoors at any time (day or night), including, but not limited to cell phones, bluetooth speakers, or outdoor TV's. This includes any amplified sound indoors that can be heard outside. City fines start at $1,000 and are strictly enforced.

Do you allow pets?

No, we do not allow Pets.

Our home is a licensed vacation rental (The City of Palm Springs ID #4939, TOT #3152).

We were 6 adults and 4 children ages 2 to 9 and had a wonderful time. The main living space adjacent to the kitchen and dining room table is so accommodating to family conversations and interaction with much of the pool area visible through windows and glass entry doors. Our kids spent so much time in the pool and built in spa and loved the floaties, basket ball hoop and table tennis table and rackets that were all provided. A bonus was the bedroom off the breezeway and air mattress for our younger kids. The outdoor living space with the grill offered a welcome retreat. Would enthusiastically recommend this house as a great place for families to stay.

This house was absolutely perfect for 2 families and a grandma! Everyone had everything they needed. All the kids were fully entertained, and I love the overall mid century design and layout of the house…it was hard to leave. It’s in a great location and a great deal for the quality. We will definitely be coming back.

We are so happy that we booked this rental. The location is fantastic for exploring Palm Springs, the house was clean and had all the amenities we needed for our trip. Communication with the property manager was consistent and clear and they made sure that we had a smooth check in. We had a lovely time at this property and would definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a weekend getaway in Palm Springs

The house is even better than the pictures, it was perfect! Kitchen is fully equipped, pool and hot tub were wonderful, outdoor furniture and various seating areas gave us many options to gather! Hosts were very helpful and available to us as needed. Felt very secure with gated access to home. Had massage therapists come in and there is a great space off of the kitchen that is private and worked well for two massage tables. Highly recommend.

Cannot say enough about the quality of the property or the hospitality. The home was just as pictures and very, very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed. The swimming pool and spa were the perfect temp- had to drag the kids out each night:)The location is wonderful- it was easy to access everything we wanted to see. I walked to coffee each morning to enjoy the cooler temps. We met Marvin who was there to do some very quick routine maintenance. He provided wonderful recommendations for nearby restaurants. He also fixed a door/tightened a lock for us which was no big deal but he was so pleasant and kind about it all. The owner was also flexible with us on check out (which I know isn’t always possible depending on bookings) Overall, the whole team really seemed to care that we had a wonderful experience. I would definitely stay here again:)

I don’t even know where to begin, there were 7 of us and everyone of us was in awe.. our ages range from 27 to 61 all women, Bachelorette party and we all absolutely loved this home.. every comfort we could imagine, beautiful, and 7 minutes by car to everywhere we went… We all agreed we would stay there again whether with our families or different friends.. This place is the place to stay..❤️❤️❤️❤️
