Rental Agreement: Prior to your arrival, the city requires a signed rental agreement from all guests to provide access instructions and the door code.

ID Verification: For compliance with local laws or HOA rules, we may collect guest identification.

Child Safety: Our property welcomes children with adult supervision but is not child-proofed.

No Indoor Smoking/Vaping: Our home is a smoke-free and vape-free environment.

Transient Occupancy Tax: A 12.5% tax is applicable to your stay and typically included in your booking payment. If not, it will be billed separately and due prior to arrival.

Outdoor Noise: We have a zero-tolerance policy for outdoor noise. Breaches may result in immediate eviction without a refund.

The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age.

Silent boundaries: No noise audible at property lines at any time.

No parties or large gatherings are permitted.

Additional Taxes: Short-term stays are subject to city-imposed TOT and TBID taxes.

Responsible Person: A guest over 25 years must assume responsibility, acknowledge local regulations, and endorse the Statement of Rules.
